Purging A standard tapping tee now replaces the specialist dedicated purge tee, this enables the installer to simply connect a PlassGas Reusable Threaded Elbow directly onto an industry standard vent stack for everyday purging applications, time and time again. For temporary capping off, install a PlassGas Reusable End Cap to the standard tapping tee, this can now become your first connection the following day. Building a Bypass By using PlassGas Reusable fittings there is no longer a requirement for single use electrofusion fittings which are later discarded along with the pipe and valves. Simply construct your bypass with PlassGas Reusable fittings then once it’s served it’s purpose can be disconnected, keeping valve and pipe assemblies in tact, stored and ready for the next installation. Alternatively if using a Flexi Hose system, PlassGas Reusable offers a solution to connect directly onto a standard tapping tee.
