הדק ביד בחוזקה - בצינור חדש / במידות סטנדרטיות, מוטות ההידוק צריכים לגעת זה בזה. • Hand tighten firmly - on a new / standard dimensions pipe, clamp bars should touch. • Fest von Hand anziehen - bei einem neuen Rohr, bzw. Rohr mit Standardabmessungen, sollten sich die Klemmleisten berühren. • Serrare saldamente a mano - su un tubo nuovo / di dimensioni standard, le barre di serraggio devono toccarsi. • Serrer fermement à l’aide d’une clé / Sur un tube neuf aux dimensions standards / Les barres de serrage doivent être en contact. • Apriete exclusivamente de forma manual. En tubería nueva o de dimensiones estándar, hasta que las dos barras metálicas de sujeción entren en contacto entre sí. No utilice taladros ni atornilladoras.
Scrape and clean pipe surface.
Fit clamp system around pipe.

4 Connect EF box to fitting and fuse. Allow 3x weld time for cooling. • Apriete exclusivamente de forma manual. En tubería nueva o de dimensiones estándar, hasta que las dos barras metálicas de sujeción entren en contacto entre sí. Tighten firmly by hand with a 6mm hex allen key. On new/standard dimension pipe, clamp bars should touch.

Remove test nipple with PLASSON tool 1273A .
Once cooling time has elapsed, test via central test nipple for five minutes.
